The art of burlesque is fun and allows an incredible sense of personal freedom and liberation.

Burlesque is a style of dance that comes from the theatre and comedy and it has been acknowledged by many students and dancers around the world for improving their mental health, confidence and developing peace by learning to celebrate their bodies.

All money raised is going directly to charity Sane, who do many amazing things to help mental health recovery. In particular, their hotline, SANEline, which is a UK wide out-of-hours mental health helpline offers specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers.

For both in-person and online classes there will be strictly no nudity, you will be learning the art of the tease by peeling gloves.
