Chrysalis
On Monday the 23rd of March, both myself and my husband, Tonestepa attended the Butterfly Conservation Branch Member’s Day for the Hertfordshire and Middlesex division. It was a solemn moment as I was invited to recite my poem Chrysalis which I adapted in commemoration of Keith Flint and also thanked Maxim, Party Superstores, Maskerade Bespoke Headdresses, London Academy of Burlesque and Juju’s Bar and Stage who supported me in raising £1,500 for Sane and Butterfly Conservation.
Butterflies are an ongoing symbol of recover, after-life and transformation for me so I have been a member and supporting the charity who conserves local habitat and protects endangered species of moths and butterflies.
Tony and I are saddened that our inspiration, Keith Flint is no longer with us and send our love and condolences to Liam, Maxim, Leeory, Theresa, Claire, the team at JCF Management, Barbara and Prem plus all friends and family.
